Merchant Terms — Draft

Merchants must provide truthful business information and valid verification documents. Regulated/professional services such as physiotherapy require appropriate professional proof; spiritual/local-travel listings may not claim guaranteed darshan, official temple affiliation or privileged access. Commission is fixed by Bookable India category policy and is due only on verified completed commerce. For pay-after-service bookings, unpaid due commission pauses the public listing until verified payment. For prepaid bookings, merchant payout is released only after verified completion, subject to payment-provider settlement rules.

Status: Operational draft for pilot testing. Obtain professional legal/tax review before broad public launch.
