Cancellation & Refund Policy — Draft

For pay-after-service bookings, Bookable India normally does not hold the customer payment. For prepaid bookings, an eligible cancellation moves the booking to refund pending and the refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms it. Completed-service disputes require review and are not auto-refunded.

Status: Operational draft for pilot testing. Obtain professional legal/tax review before broad public launch.
