Customer Terms — Draft

BOOKABLE INDIA is a booking marketplace connecting customers with independent merchants. Merchant remains responsible for the service, availability, lawful delivery and category-specific licences. A booking is not a guarantee until confirmed. Pay-after-service payments are made directly to the merchant. Prepaid online payments, when enabled, follow the payment/refund status shown for that booking. Completion must be confirmed only after the service is actually delivered.
